About the Role  

Partner with childcare providers, teachers and parents to foster social-emotional development in young children. Deliver expert advice in trauma-informed care, equity, and anti-bias practices while reducing suspension and expulsion rates. Conduct impactful training sessions, develop intervention strategies, and connect families to needed resources. Driving between diverse childcare facilities is required. Salary is $70K+ DOE.

Qualifications  

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Master’s in Mental Health (1-2 years experience, Preferred

Or 

  • 2+ years relevant field experience and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Certification

  • Knowledge of trauma, attachment, and emotional wellness.
