Parent Cafés are free events that encourage positive community connections and empower parents.

Parent Cafe, a structured small group conversation where every voice is valued and everyone has the opportunity to both learn and lead. In a physically and emotionally safe space, you'll have the chance to connect with other parents and discuss the challenges and victories of raising a family, navigating inequality, enhancing well-being, or supporting loved ones. You'll reflect on your own strengths, learn about the Strengthening Families Protective Factors, and create strategies to strengthen your family.
