What to expect at Group Triple P?
Join a supportive community of parents facing similar challenges, where you can exchange stories and find encouragement. You'll receive personalized tips and recommendations, accompanied by real-life examples from the Every Parent's Survival Guide DVD. Additionally, our comprehensive workbook equips you with the necessary tools to implement positive parenting immediately at home. Throughout the journey, your Triple P provider will guide you and offer phone support as you put your newfound skills into practice.
Duration and group size:
Group Triple P sessions typically consist of around 12 parents and last no more than two hours per session. In total, you will attend five group sessions, receiving valuable insights in the first four to kickstart your positive parenting journey. Afterward, you'll have three weeks to apply Triple P techniques at home, with your provider offering weekly 15-minute phone check-ins to offer guidance and address any challenges. Finally, you'll reunite with your group and provider for a concluding session, where you can discuss any remaining concerns and celebrate your progress.
