Preschool Promise
Preschool Promise (PSP) offers free, high-quality preschool to Oregon families who are living at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level in Oregon. Serving children ages three and four, PSP is a publicly funded program and complements other early learning programs such as Oregon Pre-Kindergarten.

Early Childhood Equity Fund
The Early Childhood Equity Fund was created as part of the Student Success Act (HB 3427) and will provide about $10 million annually in grants to support culturally specific, kindergarten readiness, and family support programming, including:
Parent-child interactions
Parenting education
Early literacy and family literacy
Native language preservation

Student Success Act
Through a collaboration of community partners and parent support, we finalized a report to the Early Learning Division that includes these three deliverables:
Identification of Priority Populations within Wasco, Hood River, Gilliam, Wheeler and Sherman Counties
A Mixed Delivery Profile (including information about what families want and need in the four rivers region)
Emerging early learning opportunities in the region
