Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) Implementation Phase - Asset Mapping

Introduction and Purpose

Four Rivers Early Learning and Parenting Hub (4RELH) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to conduct an asset mapping project across our five-county region (Gilliam, Hood River, Sherman, Wasco, and Wheeler). This project focuses on licensed and registered childcare and preschool providers caring for children ages 0–5, with the goal of supporting an equity-centered Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC) system under Oregon’s Early Childhood Suspension and Expulsion Prevention Program (ECSEPP), also known as Every Child Belongs (ECB).

Total Funding Available: $35,000

Proposal Submission Deadline: 5pm PST, April 18, 2025

Contract Period: Date of award – June 30, 2025
