Parent Cafés are free events that encourage positive community connections and empower parents.
Parent Cafe, a structured small group conversation where every voice is valued and everyone has the opportunity to both learn and lead. In a physically and emotionally safe space, you'll have the chance to connect with other parents and discuss the challenges and victories of raising a family, navigating inequality, enhancing well-being, or supporting loved ones. You'll reflect on your own strengths, learn about the Strengthening Families Protective Factors, and create strategies to strengthen your family. Leave feeling inspired, energized, and ready to put your new insights into practice. We hope to see you at one of our cafes!
