looking for someone with experience and humility in working with children and families from diverse

cultural backgrounds, who accepts individual differences, and can connect and build trust quickly.

We’re looking for someone with knowledge of infant and child development, who is willing to engage

in building reflective capacity (capacity for introspection, communicating awareness of self in relation

to others, recognizing the value of supervision). We’re also looking for someone who is detail-oriented,

organized, knows how to prioritize tasks, and can work independently as well as being an excellent

team player.
