Once you have responded we will then send you an enrollment form to be completed, if it is easier we can fill it out over the phone as well. You will receive your materials the month following your enrollment. There are currently only three of us enrolling, packing, and delivering materials to the families in the five counties, so please be patient with us. We are excited for you and your child to receive materials and start learning and playing together at home.
