Four River Family: Q4 Partner Newsletter
This quarter, Four Rivers Early Learning and Parenting Hub has been busy supporting families and children in our community. You have probably seen us at all of the events, but there is even more going on behind the scenes.
The Wasco and Hood River ECCs are exploring a new campaign to help families reduce screen time and strengthen family connections, with support from YouthThink at the Wasco County Prevention Office.
We’re also excited to partner with Friends Like Us, a grassroots group creating welcoming spaces for neurodivergent children. We are continuing our partnerships with GOBHI (Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc) and MCCFL (Mid Columbia Center For Living)
Our collaboration with the Gorge Perinatal Mental Health Initiative continues to grow, expanding perinatal support groups in English and Spanish and offering community training opportunities for Doulas and Perinatal Mental Health certification. We’re proud to support these efforts that help families thrive.
We are thrilled that Hood River is partnering with Four Rivers Early Learning and Parenting Hub to continue to offer Parent Cafes. These are already up and running. Be sure to check out our website to stay updated on the next Parent Cafe offering in your area.
